MRT services halted briefly after woman's leg trapped in gap

SINGAPORE: MRT train services between Queenstown and Jurong East were disrupted briefly on Saturday morning after a woman's leg was trapped in the gap between a train and the passengers' platform.
The incident at the Clementi MRT station happened at 8.27am.

Officers from the Singapore Civil Defence Force freed the woman's leg manually before sending the unconscious woman to the National University Hospital for treatment.

The Chinese woman, said to be about 50 years old, is believed to have fractured her left leg.

A spokesperson for the SMRT said train services resumed shortly after the incident, at 8.51am.

The SMRT has advised passengers not to rush or board trains when the doors are closing.

today went bugis with my family members looking for new year wear bt in e end didnt buy anything that i want coz i have no idea what to wear for this year ={
then after that went to causeway pt window shopping see can buy any dress ant. finally saw a white colour QI PAO (( itis spell like that.. )) outside e metro at level 1 i went to try it then ask my mum & sis they say its very nice (( one lady also say it nice.)) so i buy it actually this is my 1st time wearing that QI PAO so i dunno its look nice ant bt since my sis mum & that lady say nice than its wont be any problem la ba i took some pic of that inside e fitting room (( do give me some comments ok fRiEnDs =) thanks ))that qi pao cost my abt $40 (( $39.90))hmm.. thinking that if i can also go for a reborning than it will be more nicer right. bt now almost all salon already increase $$$ if i do reborning nw dunno it will cost me how much $$$..

tuesday went to ang mo kio ntuc extral with my sis mum nephew n niece wahh.. its very big got alots of things to buy n there got 38 counter also.. hmm.. bt the place for us to walk is abit small mayb due to seasoning period ba n i guess that once the shopping open there muz be alots alots of ppl goin there to shop shop de.

chinese new year is coming (( another 1 months )) hmm dunno wat to buy for this year i really have no idea what to buy for this chinese new year =(

i have being work @ SE for almost 2 months ( now only 1 month 6 days )bt now almost everything is ok for me nothing bad happen to me. the ppl over there are ok only 1 or 2 BE over there bt nvm as long as they dun come n step my tail then i think that i wont go n disturb them de ba.

14 jan is my niece full month haha.. ya my niece was born in e month of dec last yrs @ kk hosp wah.. so cute bt too bad i can put her pic in here or friendster coz my hp LOST =( bt she is REAL CUTE n her name is call " kai en " christian name is call " chole " (( hope i didnt spell wrongly )) invite some of my friends bt almost all say they cant attend due to they need to work, praying or whatever things =( so sad haizz..

today call some hp shop asking for e chocolate black hp bt alomst every shop say e same thing " no stock, upgrade plan will b 288 or left red colour blah blah.." haizz y so fast no more stock when can i have it when i first see that hp @ sun plaza i felling in love with him. really n i like e name also " CHOCOLATE BLACK " wah.. like its specially make for me one leh =) coz i like chocolate alots alots. bt y r u so diff to get it. hear my friends saying that e chocolate is selling at $48 upgrade plan (( bt not every shop selling e same $$$ ))n its laso a limited addition 1 haizz.. isits because of that then make e hp so popular untill no stock hear shop will not order that hp anyomre..
