today afternoon my mum bring me to chien chi tow medical massage centre at yishun centre coz of my back pain already 2wks still havent well yet. at first i tot it will not pain & they will just message abit then thats all.. but i was wrong.. i was regret to go there... coz it was very painful ( it was a lady age around abt 20++ who massage for me. where is her energy come from..) *** ~ OmG ~ and they also given me 2 pkt of medical soup ask me to bring it home boil 45mins than drink for 2 days OmG.. e teaste & smell was VeRyVeRy... OmG.. what shall i do with e last pkt of e medical soup tml?? i told the lady say that i dont want it bt she say i must drink this if not my back cant get well easily. *...* mum ask me to eat some sweet after drink e soup bt i still can smell e smell inside my mouth & noes.. " HeLp AnYoNe !!! HeLP !!! " they also ask me not to carry heavy things n not to drinks coffee tea & cool drinks at the moment.. ~ hiAzz ~ cool drink i can bt dun carry heavy things can meh. due to my work. ask me go back again on fri.. today went to nsc for my appointment was late for 40min due to raining. e doc say i still need to take e injection for another 3 mths =( coz i feel abit pain at my ear sometime so e doc decided to contunie e injection for me see n increase e gm of my medic frm 10gm to 20 gm each mth ={

wat a damn hot day it is now adays " So HoT VeRy Hot DaMn HoT "

went to Si mA luO with ma & nephew today. went there abit late coz i wake up at 11am++ today ( lastnite cant sleep dunno y lie down on e bed untill 2am++ then start to sleep.. ) went yishun eat lesi lema after that go buy thing & walk walk after that took bus to 883 s&s buy something.. after that went home rest awhile n let my nephew slp for awhile then went out again. at first i tot e temple already close coz when we reach here by train its already 4pm++ liao. bt im wrong coz its still open & there is alots of ppl praying, i think mayb its because today is 15 ma so there is alots of ppl lol ^^ after praying we went to a shp which selling all kinds of rings prayer song see see i bought myself a... ( how to say..) aiya.. ask me lor if u want to knw k ^^ after that went to mcd rest awhile & drink something b4 take bus go home.

i dunno y he did that..
just because he want bring gf out so did this..

read ronnie blogs afew days back knowing that tommy nw working at cwp sS not herren anymore then saw him afew days later at e cwp traffic light infront of e kfc we walking pass each other bt he didnt saw me mayb im with my mum & nephew ba so he didnt saw me lor.. nothing change on him (mayb only not confrim) receive my frenz sms she juz come back frm Kl for 5 days haizz.. so naVy on her that she can go for a short holiday with her love one & family members how i wish i can also went for a short holiday with my love one friends or family member. hmmm..

my dearteSt Nephew was staying with us for a week liao coz their parent was working no one looking after him so my jie let my mum look after him lol.. eveything was fine. bUt 1 week later( since he discharg frm hos ) he cry everynight after his short nap ( abt afew hrs ba) then its very harD for him to slp again.. then wake up every early next day ( abt 7-8am++ ) n look very Unhappy. y like that?? isits day time sleep too much le so nite time cant sleep long?? isits something wrong on him.. or isits he dun like his bed... hmm..
any1 got any idea ma can help me slove this problem????
